SUMMARY. Among researchers, there is no established view on the structure of professional competence future specialists in general and doctors particular, regarding types competences that should be laid as its basis. This situation served basis for conducting an analysis effectiveness various communicative educational methods improving training master's students at university's clinical departments.
 The aim – to analyze teaching formation key subject competencies emergency medical care.
 Results. Communicative a dynamic combination knowledge practical skills, ways thinking, professional, worldview, social qualities, moral ethical values, which determines ability person (student) successfully carry out further activities result learning certain level education. achieved thanks effective interaction teacher student (communication, exchange knowledge, practice abilities skills), personal qualities teacher, are manifested through analytical perceptive, motivational-communicative, professionally-oriented tactical-psychological skills solving tasks individual properties pedagogical activity, necessary sufficient mastering normatively determined level. To form care, teachers departments use complex interactive based principles participatory-interactive approach. Such include method discussion, game methods, dialogue method, group projects, well independent work students.
 Conclusions. In order achieve high doctor specialty university such participatory discussion works students. using each depended characteristics personality student, their basic motivation.
